

I need you help please to have my money returned to me. I have talk to several of the reps and they were no help. I have spoken to supervisor Jesse and Summer and each was no help. I have asked each rep to pull the first call to see how she was unable to read the question correctly. I have been getting the run around every since. However I sent my ID and SS# with the lease. Then I was told my lease was not good enough. I called the verify the documents was received.

Then she attempted to do a verification on me and She was unable to read the question correctly for my understanding. I spoke with the representative and she walked me through different procedures trying to transfer my money to the other card. I immediately called customer service at 5:04 AM ET. After I noticed the deposit was place on a card I do not use nor have access to. I received a deposit from my tax return yesterday at Midnight. I am a single mother of three with my young is graduating in a couple of day. However when searching for a corporate number for Rush-card your profile pop up. when i rrecievit i will never deal with this company again. She said call back in two days to see if it was approved, I still have to wait another 5-7 buisness daysto have my card sent.


jAfter 1 hr she finally decided to request that it be accepted as proof of adress. I finally got a supervisor who was just as dumb.

after three days I finally reached an indian woman who informed me that my drivers license with my adress on it was not acceptable. after 9 days and no card I began attempting to make contact again. Id faxed all info and waited I was told that it would be 5 -7 buisness days. I was told by a non english speeking rep that i had not used my card in a while so i would have to send in my change of adress, along with my license and social security card. After calling the customer service number on the card i finally got a response after 2 days of continuous calling. I was told through automation that this card could no longer be activated. I attempted to use my card after money was loaded on it. I've been with yall entirely to long but on that note I'm DONE with rush-card because of the unprofessional staff who works there. Soon as i say I'm about to contact the CEO so those are the people ya'll have working for y'all. Then the lady gave me a fake name not knowing that I already wrote her name down SMH. Now I'm trying to make sense with that one because I refuse to pay anything for my card. I told them that I still haven't not received my card and instead of them accommodating me they told me that I have to pay $30 to have my card expedited to me. So after the mail came today and no card I called them. Now it's the 8th day I still have not yet received me card. Now my card was sent out on the 22nd of May the guy told me it takes up to 5-7 business days to receive it. So I called them back to ask why was my card cancelled if i just asked them to let me remove my money first. The customer representative did it anyways so that left me without any money. However i asked them not to cancel my card until I removed my money from it. My card had been charged for something i didn't do. So since my card was skimmed and all my money taken from me illegally, I have to wait a total of 2 weeks to be reimbursed? My children have stayed home unable to get them to school no gas no money. Meaning I’m left with absolutely no funds at all, I have been calling off work because I’m flat broke have no gas and way to get any. They close my card which I have direct deposit set up to, they tell me 5-7 business days for the card, ok I understand, then they say 10 business days for the provisional credit to be applied. I had an unauthorized transaction post to my account after using my card at speedway gas station, I used the outside swipe on a Friday, Sunday I had notifications that all my money was taken used at a Lowe’s in statesville wherever that is? Immediately I called was advised the card will be closed and credit will be applied, the process is ver ridiculous.
